UV-A proyector for systems stands and modular for drying and curing of composte, adhesives resins, paints and adhesives. The fixture can be used in stands systems and modular drying of products which cure with UV rays. It guarantees high luminous efficiency, short times to dry the products, low heat emission. The lamps are fitted with a special filter that cuts harmful emissions.
Uses: Automotive, Aerospace, Naval, Electronic, Healthcare, Surface treatment, Coatings and many other uses. Thanks to this tool it is possible to use resins, paints and glues that can be cured with UV rays by replacing the systems necessary for drying or polymerization, significantly reducing processing times, simplifying production processes and avoiding the use of catalysts, hardeners and others highly polluting substances, subject to increasingly restrictive regulations, which cause storage and disposal difficulties, increasing production costs.
