The PL-L 55 W lamp features a bright white light and is ideal for ceiling lighting in restaurants, shops, hotels and more. It is also used in horticulture for the start of the phase of growth in the genetic improvement of plants, to root the cuttings and as a life support.
The "bridge" technology developed by Philips offers superior performance in terms of light output and efficiency compared to the warp technology. With a consumption of 55 W, this bulb emits a luminous flux of 4600 lumens. By means of a special dimmer it is also possible to reduce the intensity of the luminous flux by up to 10%. This bulb is suitable for operation with electromagnetic (EM) or electronic (HF) ballasts.
